Sorry my bad. The people in the car have caused the confusion. The Gallardo is from Pune (YZP). G.S. still has his Gallardo (007). The 430 (007) is from Pune/Kolapur as well. The 348 has G.S. behind the wheel and H.S. as his navigator.

Yes Dippy the pictures are taken when the cars were heading to the venue for the Supercar Rally. I was told the next Rally is in January second week.

Insane Stuff there, Delicioso. btw, are you sure that it is the same SL ?, as Speedy mentioned that one to be owned by someone and this one looks like the one which was in the 'Fascination Mercedes Team' of cars. Possible that the SL has later been sold like in the case of the S65 after the show.

Yes it is the same SL. Most of the cars used by autocar for this track shoot belong to owners. The LP belonged to the Bachans etc.

When Mercedes had the AMG road show it was to display the AMG range and in that find prospective clients. Out of say 10 cars from the entire range brought in 6 cars got sold. Two were LHD'S so had to be taken back. They have one Golden/ bronze S65 at the factory in pune from this lot to sell.

I dont blame Shapur, i would be holding on for dear life too with Narain going insane at the wheel

The car is an SL63 and is the Mercedes Demo car. It hasnt been sold yet. Also, There are some more pictures and alot of sideways action. I shall post a link soon. It can be found in the Exotics in Chennai thread too.

manish is it spotted from B'lore, then it was during Jan `09, these AMG beasts were in B'lore for Golf tournament!

yesterday evening i saw a stunning convoy, i dont know it was a convoy or just that multiple imports were just passing all together. I was standing outside Lilavati hospital, with my friend and we were just talking about the increasing numbers of beemrs in the city, and then suddenly i was astonished to see

1 Gallarado yellow colored and right behind it, a Cream Maserati Coupe grandsport, A white Porsche Cayyne GTS (yes GTS.. Manual!!) A cadillac CTS with reg no 1, Cadillac Escalade, 2 Mercedes S350s, a Black brand New E350, and One new gen 7er.

All these just passed by ONE BEHIND THE OTHER, sounds unreal isnt it? I just got a chance to click 2 pics as all this went in a jiffy

will post the pics shortly. But the view was just awsome, that really made my day.
