Most army vehicles I have seen toll date had a gloss military green color, was also slightly different. Other people have painted their cars in shades like olive green and got away because there's a very small difference in the shade. I guess the shade on the Rangie could be matte olive.

I think what we see here is just the gap between the tire and the small pot hole that the car is going over.

Looks like it is about to take off but its just that the pic was captured at that very moment and hence giving us the feeling about a take off.

Just my assumption.
