i dont think M5s exist in chennai. The picture u've got must be a regular 5 series. U might have mistaken a 5 series for an M5.
Did u see the badge?? It might even be a kit.

And NO...i mean NO M5 owner would let his wife or son or brother to come near its steering wheel..nevermind the chauffeur.

Its not an M5. You can make out from the Bumber and the Rims it has. It's just a regular 5 Series

I dont think there is any black E60 M5 in India as yet . This is a stock 5 series. Please search for the 5 serise topic and continue your discussion there

Thanked: Once

my dad owns a 530d , well it is sportier than a E220CDI but it lacks of quality espacially the interior. Before we had a E220CDI (actual model) and that car was slower more confortable but much more well built.Materials used for the interior is far better than the 5 series escially the dashboard. On the 530d plastics are hard not on the E class much softer.BMW is too much focused on exterior , chassis, engine, transmission than on quality of the cabin.By example you can choose all models you want even the M5 ,every 5 series will get the top of the dashboard black and the wheelsteering too. With the E class you won't get that. When you choice interior in Beige color you will get the all interior in beige , the top of the dash and steeringwheel as well. Both cars are hitech but the BMW has more tech why? because of its Idrive and its headup display. The 530d has got a 3liters engine 6 inline, 211 hp or 218 hp (for blegium ) and 231 hp for the rest of the world 500Nm mated witha ZF 6 spedd automaticgearbox with Steptronic

There's only one M5 in chennai and the owner drives it on the track.
If only he had released all of those 500 horses onto the track. MAYHEM!
