By that calculation guess we are of the same age, liking the same beauty. Way to Nandish.

The beauty and the beast is the W126! A timeless classic next to a quirky "flavour of the month" design. No competition. Your W126 looks great after 3 decades since introduction, fat chance it'll be the case with the E60 BMW.

You are planning to buy an S600 W140? My advice : Don't. The car is way too complex, can get troublesome, and will entail frequent headaches. The W126 is a superior machine to live with.

thanks for the appreciation GTO.
i agree this car has the classic look & a perfect example of over engineered engine.
i was always a w140 guy & have loved the electronics & the build quality of it.
i have been going through a lot of blogs & reviews.i understaand once rectified the car will never trouble again.
i have the time & will make the money to build it & get it back to the pristine condition.
after all can anbody give me a v12 6litre engine 430 horses with all the electronics that a latest car should have within 10 lakhs??
