Rolls Royce Ghost (in Mumbai)

CH registered Maroon Ghost at Santacruz.
The other day also spotted 5 Rolls Royce's outside their showroom, was quite a sight in the morning.

That's quite a catalogue there, V12 !! I've seen all but the Maroon one. Colour doesn't do it, somehow, although till now the Maroon / Wine Red was my favourite colour across all luxo barges. Lots of Ghosts spooking about in the city, it seems

Even I have seen one at HDIL Towers..Bandra (Mumbai). It was Blue. I tried to take some pictures..but security guards politely told me not to do so. I agreed. I had to..after all its RR.

Everything is Chandigarh registered !

(Chd being a UT. Registration is cheap in comparison.)

But Chandigarh has only 2 RR Ghosts at the moment .

Not a fan of the Ghost just a done up BMW 7 series. The Bentley Muslanne is pure elegance.

The sad part is most people think its a done-up 7 series only. The truth is, its only the underpinnings of the big Beemer, and the rest of it is all RR.

Sit in an RR Ghost and a 7-Series and you will know the difference. The quality of materials, fit and finish, the way things can be customized to YOUR taste makes it a spectacular car that is absolutely worth the premium.

I'm sure the touch points are better in the Rolls but I dont see that is enough to justify a premium for the ghost. You can even do BMW individual and upgrade the interior and you would still be lower than the Ghost. Either you get top of the line BMW of bottom of the RR brand is they way I think of it.
