Spotted the Cadillac CTS in Bandra today. It's of the best looking American sedans! Could just manage one pic as he was refueling and I was in the queue.

P.S: Created a new thread cuz didn't find any other thread on the same.

I guess this happens to be the only spotting of it's kind on the forum.
Nice pic theragingbull. Is this an MH registered car?

It's MP registered. So you know who it is :)

Didnt you, yourself theragingbull created a thread about a cadillac and other cars that a friend of friend owns (the facebook lifted pictures) ?
I think these pictures should go there.
Mods kindly do the needful> Thanks

That thread was on the Caddy STS. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/super-...ts-mumbai.html

Nice pic. One of my friends had spotted it in Worli a couple of weeks ago. I just love this car's front end. The vertical headlight, the grille, the logo, looks awesome.

Saw a black one on Link Road, bang outside Oshiwara depot. There was a traffic jam and it was in the first lane. Dont have a cam in the phone so could not take any pics

Should be the same one for which the theragingbull has provided a link

I spotted another 2007 Cadillac CTS today. This time it was a golden color. So this makes it 2 CTS's in Mumbai.

Nice catch there.
Those design cues an be easily implemented on Indigo Manza.

In the above pic, the C-pillar reminds me of a Camry.

theragingbull, this looks like somewhere around Bandra/Juhu, is it??

Yep, it's Bandra. The Linking road junction.

This was shot at Shanghai, China's $450 million Formula 1 Circuit.
The occasion was the Cadillac CTS-V, being just introduced to China.
The Cadillacs were driven by a team of professional stunt drivers from Hollywood.

John Heinricy and the Cadillac CTS-V wowed the crowd by achieving the fastest lap ever on that circuit for a fully production-spec sedan. The lap time was 00:02:32.8.

The Cadillac CTS-V is a direct competitor to the BMW M5.

The 2009 CTS-V uses Delphi MagneRide technology, now made in Beijing. The shockabsorbers, filled with magneto-rheological fluid, are magnetically adjusted at 1 millisecond intervals. The car has four wheel disc brakes.
Its engine, produced in GM's Silao, Mexico plant, is a supercharged 6,162 CC LSA cast alloy OHV V-8, based on the Corvette C6 ZR1's V-8. It produces 556 bhp and 747 N·m of torque.

The Cadillac CTS-V costs between US$ 62,000 and US$ 70,000 new.

Jackie Shroff owns a black one too, I guess. Seen him driving on Cartes once.

Interesting catch there, Zohaib! :thumbs up

The Cadillac CTS is a good alternative to the Mercedes E Class/BMW 5 Series/Audi A6(?) It's big, comfortable and its American! The badge/brand has plenty of snob-value as well, so if you're in the market for a premium executive sedan, apart from the German thoroughbreds and the Jaguar XF, one could give this a look, despite it being an import. :)

EDIT. P.S. It should be available in RHD, right?

One of the best looking modern Cadillacs - spotted this close to Andheri highway.
