I'm getting May's strange fizzing sensation!

Those Astons look absolutely smashing! Give it a fleeting glance, and you could mistake it for a DB9. Can't wait for someone in Bangalore to pick it up. But you know, I somehow would still go in for a white Maserati Quattroporte GTS and save about a crore(?) in the bargain.

There are so many good looking performance sedans out there like the Jag XF/XF-R and the Maserati Quattroporte. But the Aston Rapide is probably the most dramatic four-door, ever to hit the streets. And it will hang on to this crown till the day Lamborghini begins producing the Estoque!

Good times ahead for the rich family man!

WOW !!! Beauty. How nice, 2 so very subtle brands would have their showrooms at a stone's throw from each other. Now the Kemps corner area should be renamed to - Just Around The Corner
With the opening of the AM showroom, that area would have everyone's eyeballs hooked !
By the way, any idea when is the official opening ?

I see Plently of Rapides here. They are so subtle and unassuming and you really have to look twice to see if It is a DBS/9 or a Rapide.

Saw the car in Bandra over the weekend. Could only catch the side profile and that too from a distance, wasn't sure if it was the Rapide but this thread confirms it! Beautiful car !!

Yes thats right. It used to be 'Fairdeal' department store long years back. Was closed for 15 years due to family problems. Opposite Vama, as you take the left towards kemps corner/altamount road/gowalia tank.
Infinity have the dealership and thats how you can see the BMWs in the background.

location

The location is perfect. I guess it would next to Under the Over, the eating place.

The most strategic part for this locations is the terrible traffice on Pedder Road. Guaranteed stares and salivating glances to Porsche and AM. Its more like an aspirational/inspirational drive everyday on Pedder road (mental note: work harder, work harder..oh, is that Mukeshbhai's house?)

what is the India price for these rides?

@Dippy: I was recently in Mumbai for work and I'm entering Grand Hyatt and lo and behold, a "Rapide" drives onto the porch. Before I have time to Ohh and Ahh, a second drives up. Both had TC number plates and this is the only pic I could manage.

PS: The hotel staff drooling all over the beaut
