Was at the Maurya a few days back and what do I see in front of entrance : a spanking new, spotless, gleaming silver Porsche 911 Carrera S with a 911 in the plates as well :-) . Of course you wouldnt trust it to a valet !

My sis got some pics on her phone - I'll post them up on Sunday....

anyhoo.....hi to all the folks on Team-Bhp, I've been missing for quite a while....

Ya I have also seen that car opp to M Block market and the gud news is driver is a girl if she is reading this am the same guy with sera when we met bumper to bumper opp M block market last sunday

I saw a silver carrera S with MH xx 911 number plates in Leela Palace, Bangalore some time before 25th november. Dont remember exactly when. Saw it again on Museum road being ripped. I thought it belonged to Ranjith bcas I though the driver had long hair (my mistake i guess!)

You are correct - he at least tries to enjoy it on our rocking rocky roads

Sorry about not posting the pics so far been real busy - work and getting my old esteem fixed up....

The pics are on my sis's comp and my wifi connection just refuses to work these days so i cant transfer them to mine without a cd or floppy and my schedules packed( her comp's without access to the net) , I've given up and willl get cabling done by Monday - will transfer the pics and put them up on the net asap.

Ajmat, Harrie, rumour has it that the Carrera you guys are talking about is in fact a blown version, generating well over 500 bhp. I can vouch for a fact that it has an exhaust that sounds a lot like the Porsche Sports Exhaust (PSE).

Going by who the owner is, that could well be true. Saw the car over a month back near High Grounds and it i agree, it sounds awesome when revved.

Hi Viper, yup its been almost a couple of months since i dropped in on all you folk...Heh, I'd take the Porsche's Six anyday over any goddamned improbability drive - After a classic Mustang, it's the thing I'd sell my first born for !

Though after a ride in the Delhi Metro , I'm waiting till it comes near my place ! Sacrilege , aint it ? but it's a godsend !

just been busy , was travelling a bit down south , then some work here in delhi - also getting my old esteem fixed up nice and new like for my sis (except the 8v carbed engine :( )

Spotted a Black Carrera soft-top parked at the Samrat - supposedly belongs to a 12th class kid who'd come to Modern's 'conti' party ..My sis says there was another Porsche there - someone from good 'ol Modern again !

However, my sis refused to let me take pics as she thinks it's embarassing :(
