I think we have had enough of those now.
this way, we'll not have any new posts and this thread will go dry. IMO Spottings of supercars can still be posted . New cars, they don't come to town every weekend.

14000 RPM, we have no issues at all with the postings. Its just that this thread is becoming kind of a drag with pics of the same car coming up again and again. People will start losing interest in this thread. I'm not sure about others, but whenever I see a new post in this thread..... I have it in my mind that its a repost of an already spotted car (although in different angles). And I end up not even looking at the thread.

There are a couple of threads which are lying low, but are interesting to read though. This one is too, but over the couple of pages if you see pics of the same car you kind of lose interest in the thread.

Anyways thats just my opinion, to each his own.

Of course, if something breaks, you can only replicate it locally. The engine is completely rebuilt by someone who knows his twin-cam D16s -- whom you know as well -- and the car moves pretty well. It's on sale for well under a lakh, so you should really look into buying it. And yes, the headlamps work just fine.
No offence to the owner, but someone spending XXX amount on whatever 'JDM' rims should ideally know that 60-profile rubber won't get him any brownie points when it comes to looks and handling, and same holds true for the yawning gap of almost six inches in the wheel-well (inspite of those high profile tyres- make one thing whether the alloys were really bought for this car in the first place). The skirts, if imported, could've been body-coloured at the very least, those twin pipes (or twin-tips as the case may be) replaced by a meatier looking or a side unit. However, since you say the pop-up headlamps work fine- I'll take your word for it, its a Honda after all.

DA Tegs' aren't very performance friendly when it comes to stuff like engine swaps and issues like wiring, PS conversion etc. in addition to the fact that it sadly looks like an AE86 inspiration. The following gens (third onwards starting with the DC2) are much more desirable. I would take a CRX or even an EF Civic if given a choice to choose a Honda from that generation.

The only interesting bit in the entire story is the ZC motor- thats something I would like to check out.

Oh, I assumed it was a JDM, when you said JDM rims. So USDM eh, some 113 horses to start with. Its a good deal for someone looking for an OHC.

We'll take this offline lest it gets

Ah, yes, it is loud. He has a nice TRD exhaust. Was getting it fitted along at the same time as I was getting some work done. Nice car, very clean.

Just spotted today morning, a black Maserati Gran Turismo.Think it was carrying temp plates; didn't bother looking at the plates, was busy with the car. Spotted on hosur road, going towards koramangala/forum (probably). She was a beauty specially in black.
