They only made two of those Kari 65's. One in Red and one in Yellow. They used to be in Chennai in the late 90s. Last I heard VJM bought both. Along with the Caterhams, they were also planning to sell the Daytona and maybe even the Cobra kit cars.

+1 to that. I'd read about that on magazines long ago. but the idea died with him.

There also exist the McDowell's 1000 cars, some of which are still at KMS, and some in BLR.

Spotted a brand new white BMW X3 on temp registrations near command hospital this morning. And I have been spotting the maroon CLS every day morning since 3 days on its way towards NGV. There was a kid in the car along with the driver, going probably to NPS at viveknagar to drop the kid off every day, so i guess people who want to spot this car you know where to look for.

Today in bull temple road i spotted a DL registered Jaguar.I coudnt see the front so not sure of the exact model.It could have a an old generation XJ(most probably a XJ300).It was in a dark shade of green. Has anybody else seen it?

I had seen a green DL reg jaguar XJS long time ago. (didn't have a camera those days). I got this pic from the net. is it this that you spotted? i thought the car i saw vanished.

or maybe you saw a silver X type which lots of us have spotted. Pix in older posts.

There is a Jaguar which looks like that. A Jaguar Sovereign I think.

Nope it wasnt the XJS.it was a sedan.It could have been the Sovereign,i dint see the front only the back.Most probably an old generation XJ.
I had my back to the road and it was a small bylane of bull temple road and this huge sedan squeezed past traffic moving with centimetres of clearance.I heard the roar of the engine and could see the fst receding back of the car.From the side profile it was unmistakebly a Jaguar.

spotted a VW Phaeton 45 days ago (haven't logged on since then) @ lavelle rd.
it's one of the classiest cars i've seen. lotsa 'gravity'! had proper plates, so is definitely not a 'tester'.
surprised our roving spy photogs haven't seen it yet!

You definitely saw a Jag sovereign. I've seen it too, on Residency road. racing green colour.
