Sorry. I meant RHD*. I doubt if they were sold in RHD at all!

Wow! You really look out for the niggles! It was a typo!

Yeah gotta love them! Of course, the Carrera '4' S which is the four wheel drive version of the regular Carrera S comes with even wider 305/30 R19" wheels and tyres!

It was the first of the 997.1 Turbos circa 2007 with about 1.5k miles on the clock. As for the CGT, he confidently beamed its readily available in RHD to which I didn't want to waste my time clarifying or arguing. He did confirm the Panamera would be present come October, so I may pay another visit. I'll promise not to go on a full stomach, just in case.

The 30 odd Turbos in Mumbai alone is a figure from the skies. While I was at the showroom, a beautiful white 997.2 Targa propped up. Had the 19" Turbo rims with red leather, if I remember correctly. Was a right looker.

The Panamera isn't mush of a looker, is it! Looks ghastly! I like the classic 911 Turbos (the 930, 964, 993..)
I think I had seen a pretty badly maintained 964 in Bangalore about 6-7 years back and it was a sad sight!

Coming to the Targa, that variant has always been the under-dog of sorts in the 911 range. And rightfully so. The reason being that it does not have the same handling and cornering characteristics of the Carrera or the Turbo. Somehow, it doesn't feel like the way a 911 feels when you throw it into a corner. (This is what I've read in reviews, for those in this Forum who would love to jump on me for saying this) However, it still is a looker. And that goes without saying!

That is a 996 (Mark II) Carrera Cabriolet 4. Interesting car. Don't like the yolky headlights up front. It isn't a blue blooded 911 IMO. But it still is a very nice Porsche.

here's a pic of the jag xf parked at the leela, with all the crowd around it was impossible to get a proper shot of the car. but i like how this one came out, the window arc is one of the stand out deisgn aspects of the xf.

Seen the XF plenty of times. One time, I was nearly blinded by its Xenons when I was driving.
