The Quattroporte and the Flying Spur are proper super-sedans,not four door coupes. You might as well add the likes of S65 AMGs and Alpina B7s,if that was the case. Although the Maserati has immense character,I must say.

I always wondered why there was no thread about the imports in Jaipur as from the past few years the number of Jaguars, Range rovers, etc have rapidly increased in the city.

I didnt start a thread myself because the number of imports were obviously lesser than the other cities (like chennai, mumbai, bangalore) which had dedicated threads.

Moreover, I thought a thread with just Jaguars and Range Rovers wont be much attractive when posts containing pictures of Lambos and Ferraris flooded the other threads. But a recent entry to the list of Supercars and imports in Jaipur forced me to start a dedicated thread for the pink city as well.

And this new entry is a hot red Ferrari F430. It is an LHD and has Malaysian registration plates.

Well, considering the rich heritage and also the deep pockets of the royal families in Jaipur, this should have come long ago

This will serve as a welcome change from the antique cars we are used to (typical of royal people )

If you cross check on the net you can see that those plates are russian not malaysian.It was mentioned correctly that this car is from Moscow,Russia on the facebook page.

See that "197",thats moscow,and below it is the russian flag.

Yes it is on Carnet. Will be staying in Jaipur for around 4 months. It was spotted near civil lines.

The reason behind the presence of these cars around GT (Gaurav Tower) is a building complex, just adjacent to GT, called Fort Anandam which has dealerships of Jaguar, Range Rover, Porsche and Mercedes.

Yeah bro i have completed my engineering from jaipur itself and had been a resident of Malviya Nagar for those 4 years so GT was my second home.Spotting a XKR is unusual.Nice catch.

There used to be a White one in Bombay, that belonged to a friend of mine in the 90's and this possibly could be the same car repainted or an entirely new car.
