Why is it disheartening? I find it outrageous that the Government uses my taxes to create a international quality 6-lane highway and reserves it for 4 wheelers!

The pictures speak for themselves. I have only seen the bikers in the US and never in India, hope this trend picks up more in Bangalore also.
