Any other brand would be about 25-30 k cheaper than the honda's counterpart.
Apparently the gixxer 600's powerband kicks in a little later than the other 600's which would mean less fun. If i were you i'd probably look the green way, and they are fewer than most around whichofferes someoniqueness as well.

Thx buddy.

But from what I have heard , Honda and Suzukis are pocket freindly to maintain , compared to Yamaha and Kawasaki.. and also command better resale values later.. is is true?

I would be really stretching to buy this bike and hence longterm maintenance is a maojr issue.

Welcome your suggestions / comments.

well parts for kwackers are certainly a tad more expensive even if you get them from singapore, but maybe you could source your consumables from the US (if you have someone there) as kawasakis are certainly slighly more famous there and hence cheaper parts.

From what i have read and heard (as i have never owned a big bike) the hondas and suzukis are much more refined and hassle free when compared to the yams and kawasakis. And hondas sell for a slight premium in our used bike market as well.

Like rtech pointed out the 600 rr s are gettin common around here, so incase you want to be distinguished even between the big bikes, green bikes are the way to go.

virendra singh is no dealer and doesn't know crap about prices as well.

samir marathe from pune is all talk, beware of this guy.

bachoo is one of the oldest players in the business and is forim on his prices, but his bikes are apparently real clean as well, add maharashtra motors to the same description, smooth talker as well - both are slightly expensive but their used bikes are smooth.

dream bikes is kind of expensive but have heard good things about them.

sunil is a member on the forum (s600benz) really helpful guy and can get you whatever you want provided you want something brand new.

sion circle guy is matchless motors, again does a lot of talking and never has any bikes, atleast mostly.

i have got in touch with most of these guys when i was loking for a bike, first hand experiences.

i guess you should actually contact Bachoo motors or may be Maharashtra motors as they play real and the bikes are clean with all the paper work ... you might find what you want with them if not then they can always get you what you want ... if history is anything to go by then these guys are genuine...
as this is your first bike (presuming) you should actualy get things done from these guys ..would be hasslefree for you ... may be 20ks more ...
cheerz...
