Railing guys do very poor plating and its 99% times only Nickel plating and not chrome, which starts turning yellowish within months. I guess some one doing bath fittings ( showers / taps) etc for good brands like jaguar might be able to do custom parts as bath fittings are small in size and vary in shape quite a lot. And they have very good chrome plating, almost mirror like finish on them.
I think some one from Meerut or Ghaziabad would know.
