If you do not care about a few horses , you could just put on a Stock air cleaner and forget that you have anything else non stock on !
xieds do run your bike cooler under certain rpm range due to being rich , but very near Idle and post 4k , Bikes Ecu is already providing Richer map ( Not sure aboutBob's Map ).

Also Since Xieds interfere with Closed loop operation of Bike, Bike's ecu is not able to make corrections to fuel ~WRT individual Cylinder and rear cylinder Head gasket often starts showing signs of leakage within a year!

Lot of people will give you good feedback about xides , but do ask them of Milage they have covered after installation! Usually people install every think they can find on internet when the bike is new and they sell that damn thing with 5k miles on odo

Dushyant! Great to have you back!

Its time to have my handlebar upgrade done (after being afflicted by Tendonitis with the current one)

I asked for handle bar risers, I was told there is on 4" one, that raises the bar height by 4" and angles in 1" -- the stats looked good, so I asked them to get me one. But in steel, it looks puny.

So my thoughts have shifted back to the Nightster bars (which I was avoiding as I was too inclined towards risers)

Suggestions sir!!!

more than aesthetic opinion. Was talking of functional opinion.

Nothing wrong with Nighster bars. Just that it was too commonly used. I wanted to be different ;-)

cost of risers is around 10 "frigging" K plus add piping cost for front brake etc.

Re: I just got Har-Ley'd! My Iron 883

So I finally got the Nightster bar installed and it has made a world of difference.

I rode last Sunday without my elbow band for Tendonitis (took a risk) and did not experience any pains post the ride!

Glad I didn't go the risers way for they were way too puny even though the numbers looked impressive (4 inch increase in height, 1 inch closer to the body)

Sir try superlow once, smoother and less harsher than the iron, cant say about bonnie, never rode one, but from what i've read so far, it sounds quicker and faster than HD, but again that's a personal choice. HDs were never about the speed...and yes bonnie looks too basic for a premium bike.

What's the issue with the handlebar position? Good to see your elbow is better now and we will get to see/read more.
Is it the bar position which causes this? Thanks for the pics, major celebrity huh , page 3 awesome.
The red looks lovely, never seen that color before.

Your observations are spot on. Seems like you rode the Bonnie SE?

Even Bonnie is not a speed machine but, a street machine and comparable to both Iron and Superlow.

Its about the overall package which is what everyone seeks when buying such an expensive bike. I note you live in Hyderabad, Triumph dealership here doles out test rides quite generously.

Even though you have booked a superlow, try out a test ride of the Bonnie, iam sure it will be quite informative
