If 80 decibels is the limit for 2-wheelers, wonder what the Harley riders will do. As per these tests even the stock HD exhaust at idle are 85-90 db and above!!

WOW! one of the reasons to get these bikes is the loud thumps, wonder how it will affect the after-market sales. I am sure the bike sales will not take too big a hit.

We also will see the manufacturers making changes to comply with the law (85+ on HDs stock will be a easy target) that might discourage the few who are in it to show "sound" off their priced ponies; but the true aficionado will not be deterred

I am in agreement with the law being enforced, but not with the way it is. There are too many gaps and inconsistencies. You hear good and bad examples of bangalore cops as expected. All we can hope is the bad examples go down but not too slowly
