Sorry to hear. What kind of boots were you wearing?

Rest up and get back on that saddle soon.

I wear or rather used to wear Flaco Liberty shoes. The shoes were good but after using them for about 3 years now , threw them away after the accident.

Interesting. "D3O" impact protection ankle cups. Didn't these help prevent any ankle injury? Or was it a torsional twist injury?

Well the bike fell on my ankle. So there was really nothing that the ankle cup could do.

Some silver lining to all the events since February. The bike is back home from the workshop. The total hole in the pocket Rs2.6L out of which about Rs2.3L to be borne through insurance. Ducati Pune have done a good job on the bike. I havn't ridden the bike yet but keeping faith and fingers crossed.

I just need to find a bracket for the Aux lights since they broke in the accident and since it is not a official Ducati accessory they do not have a similar. Any leads where I can get those in Pune.

Hey Vikrant. Hope you are back to riding the Italian stallion. I too ride a MTS1200 and I would like to know how the gold runway lights have been performing. I believe those are the GR 40 lights you have on your bike. How is the light performance? Is it good enough for flood and spot purposes for a regular not slow & not insanely fast rider? Also, have there been any issues with the electricals and battery over the years for you?
