Good news for tiger fans and prospective buyers!!!
New 2020 triumph tiger spotted testing. Looks a hell lot meaner and menacing, with a bigger engine and tubeless spoked wheels. The rear gets a new bolt on subframe and removable pillion pegs ( easy to replace in case of an unfortunate crash). Wooohh. Itís raining cars and bikes.

Bike went through some small cosmetic changes. Red beak job, some other red highlights, new stickering for the top box.

Found a new pic of the 2020 tiger 800. It reportedly has a bigger 888 cc engine, 100+BHP of power, an entirely new frame, a remote adjustable suspension!!!
The new triumph design language is awesome and all triumph bikes are looking slick in the new images. Posting another pic which I found of the new detachable subframe.

Well they better do something, because the KTM 790.Adventure is killing it on the roads, in the trails, on YouTube, and over on the sales charts by the looks of it.

The KTM is selling the 790A much cheaper compared to the Tiger 800 and other 700-900 cc adventure bikes along with the updated and very competent electronics package, a big reason for its popularity.

Also, for sheer off road and dirt prowess, this newer KTM is a superior machine compared to the Tiger. Back on road of course, the Tiger leads the way with its supple ride and comfort. Two very different motorcycles.

The KTMís are in a league of their own. They provide a whole lot of equipment and features but with single and parallel cyclinder layouts to keep the costs low.

Triumph is a niche premium brand and their inline 3ís are a class apart. I read that they have tried to centralise the top heavy mass more in the tiger by splitting the radiator and mounting it on either sides. This helped to move the engine a bit further and also provide more travel to the front suspension by keeping a tight wheelbase.

I think they have worked to reduce the overall weight too. So this might turn out to ve an even better handler. Hope they also introduce the low rider versions also in India with this model.
