Only fan is from KTM,not the cooler. It is a Transmission oil cooler for performance cars. Its atleast twice as large as HD one in dimensions. 6inchX6inch size. I dont know Jag oil cooler dimensions but it is also pretty close to what HD sells. If i remember alright, HD cooler is 5inchX1.8inch. Don't exactly remember how much more oil was added, guess its about one ltr. Just topped it up till oil was in middle of dipstick.

Re: Adding a turbo-charger to my Harley-Davidson Superlow 883

Lockdown blues have ended! Went grocery shopping. Well it was just to get myself a motorcycle ride. Battery was sluggish, didn't think it would start but after a couple of laboured rotation, it did start.
Going to install an after market ABS as soon as lockdown ends. Already ordered parts and stuff.

Worked on a VGT Garrett gt17 on a 1200 sportster , VGTs are pain in the side to tune! But anyway got it working by manipulating some VE data! Now its is so beautiful! Absolutely mindbending acceleration like 40kph to 100 kph in 1.5sec. that is the range most used in usual onroad overtaking in 3rd gear. It just goes! Speedometer seems to go crazy. Grip on handle bars gets loose, front end light. Its gets dangerous like a supersport at high rpm

Garrett GT17VNT turbocharger running @8psi.
Most compact Turbo system in the world for Harley. It doesn't stick out and hang out like Trask turbo system.
Have used screamin eagle intake that is used in screamin eagle heavy breather, turbo is placed beneath it, it doesn't stick out any further than the stock heavy breather manifold.

Some shots from tonight's auto tune results!
Its important to get theoretical volumetric calculations right to get auto tune to work! Without a theoretical sound base, A turbo is not going to work even by wild guess work.
