Been a while since I have updated this thread and I think I have the new member in the garage to thank for that. But does not mean the Ninja was completely ignored if anything I have begun to appreciate more and more what a gem of a motorcycle this is. Compiling last few months rides in a single post

Lovely pictures and a mere coincidence that I purchased Ninja 650 in January this year and through your help, got the bike serviced.
And fast forward, I bough a HD Sportster 1200 Custom last week

2 small updates to the Ninja neither of them significant but I guess it's all about the details

I used to hate the dull silver stock levers. Neither were they matching the all blacked out looks of the front and also felt very cheap. It kept bothering me till I found some nice aftermarket ones. The finish is great and they are adjustable like stock. Have a small Kawasaki 650 branding on them too which looks really nice

Rim stripes.
Have always wanted them but nothing too flashy or loud. Got these really nice ones from Amazon for a mere 300 which match the colour of my bike really nicely. They come in a set of 3 for each wheel each side although I only fit 2 on each wheel each side.

The Ninja continues being the perfect all rounder bike and am enjoying it even though it's been almost 5 years that I have had it with me barring the 4 months when I had sold it. With the harley being added in the garage, the Ninja is sharing both weekend riding duties with the harley and daily running routine with the Enfield. And it plays both those roles absolutely perfectly. Am convinced now that am not going to sell it ever and will hopefully continue serving me with the same reliability it has till now.

Updating this thread after a while.
The ninja continues to do what it does the best...munch miles without any fuss . A ride in peak summers to mahableshwar and then in heavy rains to nagaon Beach in alibaug . It's approaching the 20k service mark soon

With monsoons in full swing the time to be riding is now. Had 2 lovely rides one to kumbe waterfalls via tahmini ghat and the other a work trip to mahaeshwar. The weather is just heavenly
