What will aryan do to save your riding season if suzuki itself won't get the bikes to India before that.
Hayabusa BS6.2 launch will happen in April. Deliveries to start immediately after launch. Bikes are being assembled. There will be a price hike to account for OBD2 compliance.

It's indeed incompetence if a dealer is either unaware of this or withholding information from a serious prospective customer.

Re: 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa launched at Rs. 16.40 lakh

Thanks for your inputs GoBlue, AtheK, SnS_12.

My experience so far with the dealer in Hyderabad has been suboptimal as I am having to reach out to the dealer to get more information. There is no follow up from them at all. . Moreover, the booking will be for 2 bikes - One for me and another one for a close friend of mine. Expected this dealer to be a lot more responsive.

Today afternoon, when I reached out the dealer, he mentioned that he is willing to take the booking in the next one or two days. It will still be an offline booking and the dealer will make the booking on my behalf once the official channel opens up. Delivery timeline looks similar to what other dealers are promising. Hopefully my experience post booking will be better than what I have had so far.

I am definitely looking forward to getting my bike delivered home using 'Suzuki at your doorstep' program and unboxing/uncrating it.

Re: 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa launched at Rs. 16.40 lakh

Placed the order for the bikes yesterday. ‘Bikes’ - yes, you read it right. One for me and one for a close friend!! Dealer was mentioning the delay in opening up bookings is because of BS 6 Phase 2 and OBD port changes. They expect a definite price hike and while on the regular bikes the hike was close to Rs.2500, they aren’t sure about the quantum of hike on the Busa yet. They also mentioned that they have shared the documentation about the new colours with the local RTA a few days ago which is a good sign.

And now the wait begins.

Re: 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa launched at Rs. 16.40 lakh

The Hayabusa is launched at 16.9 L with 3 color options indicating a 50k price rise in 2 years from the launch price.

Re: 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa launched at Rs. 16.40 lakh

Introducing ‘Mujō’, my 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa! Got the delivery on May/29. I changed my booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore 7 weeks after I booked it at a local dealership as there was no sign of delivery. Super happy with the way my beast is performing. What a bike!
