According to a news report, Jochen Zeitz, CEO of Harley-Davidson has revealed that the company will transition into a fully-electric future.

The CEO released a statement confirming that Harley-Davidson will one day stop production of its iconic V-twin engines and offer only electric bikes. The statement, however, outlines the company's plans over the next few decades, which means that the transition to EVs is quite a while away.

The company already has its new sub-brand LiveWire, which offers electric motorcycles. Harley-Davidson is said to bring in a number of additions to this lineup, including a range of accessible lightweight motorcycles co-developed by KYMCO. The company also has plans to offer larger e-bikes, mimicking the iconic cruiser-style motorcycles Harley-Davidson is known for.

Currently, the American motorcycle brand has a long list of V-twin-powered models in its lineup. Harley-Davidson also recently introduced new models like the Nightster & Sportster S, along with the brand's first ADV-Tourer, the Pan America 1250.

Nobody cares! Nobody is falling for this type of virtue signalling anymore. It is a media driven propaganda of the elite for this idea of going electric to be less polluting and more feasible than the current ICE technology. First, they tried to say that the petrol is running dry, now they say oxygen is running out when the phytoplanktons are the ones contributing to 80% of the oxygen production all they while covering up badly the massive pollution caused by ship and aeroplanes.

No matter how much I want electric cars to go main stream, I don't think I will ever be able to accept a bike to be electric. I think a bike will just lose character, lose its soul.

Imagine doing a roadtrip on an electric bike. :Shockked: I will never do that trip.

yes, probably in 1250 years.
