Aah my bad, missed the second batch (the lone pic with the Kawa). Thanks Netchef. And you can say the sentence in bold again, once for me as well. :(

Hehe.well i like to stay in the sidelines with my old school seemingly unoticable bike.

also that isn't a chrome gleam.its titanium.

Had some good fun with the R1's by overtaking on the outside of turns.the supposedly track tools proved to be quite useless.other than just one guy who has a riding experience of many many years.

also i had a small stint with one of the R1's.i found it to be lame in power delivery. No offence to R1 owners.but there is just no power in the bottom or mid range and then it comes in the top.but there too it didn't feel scary as such.

by the way Netchef, I would really request you not to address me as sir.i'm quite younger than you and i'll feel bad about it.please.

sammyboy yes that road is very much fun now.its been paved almost all of it barring a few patches.and its great fun too.

sammyboy: Ah, then we grieve together, collect commisserations in bulk deal. What cruel fate deprives two good blokes of their ride? Where is justice?

I believe you've been emailing my friend about his R1. What's happening with that?

I am looking for a deal for a helmet with bluetooth built into it.

aadix: I used to ride a 99 Blade and sold her last year hoping to upgrade. I'm recently discovering that I prefer the ergonomics of the Honda bikes. I find the Yamaha R1 quick but a strange fit, though perhaps it's pure bias from having ridden the Blade for 3 years.

To cut a long story short, I'm strongly inclined to a Blade around 05/06 BUT not only must it be clean mechanically and never dropped (if she had a Parsi Lover, so much the better), it MUST have clean Import papers and Registration (this is because I commute to work on the bike everyday and just cannot risk being hauled up by the gendarmes/DRI).

Bless you. Thanks.
