Nitin: Thanks for empathizing, Sir. Shall keep you posted when and if I do indulge in another set of wheels. It's touch and go right now.
She should be collected tomorrow or the day after and I continue to use her in the meanwhile, telling myself each day that this is my last blast, the final encore of her glorious baritone gurgle, looking fondly at some particularly appealing curve, a grand finale of a shampoo, her minor idiosyncratic touches etc. I'd grown quite attached to her and looked forward to wheeling her out mornings and blasting off to work. I'll miss that dram of adrenaline too: 180kmph on Cubbon Road, don't tell the gendarmes.
Sorry if this lament is WAAAAY off topic.

No, this one is in Fremont, California. I'm yet to see a VTX 1800 in Bombay but I've heard there is a VTX 1300 here. Everybody only seems to know the Boulevard/Intruder here.

But those thundering pistons running in silos for cylinders could pull a small house, I suspect, so it's a small price to pay.
Maybe they could do double duty towing ships in the Panama Canal

Great snaps those. The goldwing makes the other bikes look so damn puny.

Yuck, that's an ugly bike! Who's the designer? Is he called Chris Ring by any chance?! The bike completely lacks aesthetic beauty!

Gosh..its a sad sight to see your wheels leaving your garage. And all the more, when it stays with you a while after the deals done. Probably not as bad,if it were to a quick sale, and the bike leaves immediately. Ah..its still painful.

Waiting for the pics,doctorque

Anku, buddy please restrict your smiley usage to 2 smilies to avoid infractions(I have already tasted one) :-( ....just expressing my concern as a fellow Bhpian. No offense meant to you in any way.
