Tell me about it ! They are asking for 2.6 and above and the last 2 i know that exchanged hands did so at 3 lakh !!!! Its mental man. Better now to wait for the Bajaj KTM or the Ninja 250 . At least managing them wont be a problem with parts and service

The best thing about the F650 is that you can ride it all day and still not feel tired. This is a long distance cruiser on any kind of roads.

Offlate i have heard of the cleanest f650s selling between the 2 & 2.5L, 3L is just a ridiculous figure.
Infact i'd try looking for a cb 400 superfour instead, far more easily available spares, the inline four sound and honda reliability.

What a pity. I too know of someone with a BMW (I like older BMW Airheads R series like the R90 R65 R75 and R100) and this chap has got an R50 - rotting away in his garage but just will not sell it nor will restore it. Its .... just......SITTING THERE !!!!!!!

What can one do except lament ..?

People have these bikes and are not using them. It is indeed a pity that they are not willing to give it to others for doing so.
I think this is the bike we are discussing.

The bike has done 3000 odd kilometers( as per the oddo) and as per my knowledge this bike has been stationary since then.
It will rot away if not taken care or used any more.

This bike was in Delhi. It was Karol Bagh, to be precise and the garage it was parked in at that time gave me a clue that it belonged to some person who could afford to buy such a piece but didnot have the inclination to ride it.
The garage owner did not give me the identity and niether did I press him that hard.
On my next trip to Delhi, I will get in touch with the gentleman and see what can be the best workable solution for it.
