Tsukigi don't have a carbon fibre can in their line up.

OK, thanks. My guess would be that they would still be keen to pare the grams, so titanium perhaps?

Yes, Titanium, Steel and Aluminium. Sato doesn't have a system for this bike or else that would have been good too.
well the 09 vmax will be here by nov end, so before that i'll kill the 14R with some good stuff. My friend's scouting for an awesome exhaust system. Lets hope its soon.

Dude, if you happen to find the Tsukigi for this, make sure you get the "cannon style" canister. It sounds brilliant!

It usually decides how often you need to stop for gas, therefore it does matter when you go on long rides - especially if your bike needs high octane fuel that isnt available everywhere.

Actually, with the 14, you don't have to use 97 octane. It will take lower octane fuel because its got a low compression ratio engine.
97octane is my preferred choice as it gives me better engine life, avoids knocking sound sooner, smoother firing, better throttle response etc etc. Wont be going touring on this. At best pune & back. For that one tank full is good for one way.
last night I realised that this Monster is just something else. Bloody awesome road grip. Missed crashing very closely on 180kmph & it was all thanx to the lean angle that I got saved. I wasnt sure if I could have leaned her so much at 180kmph, but she stuck & I survived.
Had to stop the bike on the side & take a sigh of relief, till the time the rest joined in :)
