The FZR400 is one of the best handling bikes out there! Man, and this FZR is in awesome condition! What is it, an 87/88 model. Looks great! Wasn't this at the 2004 Speedrun as well?

BTW, welcome to T-bhp Annet!

Yeah this looks like the late 80's model & it does seem to be in a nice condition.
The FZR series was good but unfortunately it was discontinued in 94/95.

hey guys have also been lokking out for 400cc. I have seen a 1998 model cbr rr gullarm asking for 3.5 but will be able to get him down to arnd 3.10..The bike has been re painted and you can see slight damage in the fairing the guy says it happened while inloading from the tempo as he has brought the bike from bglore to mumbai.. I did ride the bike briefly and it seemed pretty good to me and my mechanic who knows a hell of a lot.. Have also seen a 1999 model all clean papers mum reg absolutely mint condition the last price he says is 3.6L.
Guys what do you think abt these prices I need your opinion asap. Thanks..

Forget those CBR's and take a look at this FZR instead.

i think 3.6l for a 400cbr is slightly on the higher side. rather pay another 75k and buy a good 600cbr rather than a 400 which is more than 10years old.

400 production was stopped in 97.
All owners claim that their 400s are of 98 / 99. On closer scrutiny you'll find out that they're probably of 94 / 95 !!
Prices u've been quoted r way too high. I know as I've seen at least 7 - 8 400s in the last 2 years while shopping for a good SBK.
In fact I'm expecting 3.5 for my CBR 600 F2 of 94 which is in a superb condition with numerous new parts and has almost double the power of a 400 !!

Thanks for the response guys.. I know that 3.5 for a 400 is high but it is a 1998 nov model imported from Japan. I have seen all the papers and have got it verified. The other bike from banglore will be arnd 2.9 but would have to pay 25 grand to get it transferred to mumbai.

Bike freak have sent you an email is it possible for you to mail me pics of your bike maybe we could work something out.. Thanks

U stole the world from my mouth !!
When winnie made this statement
"hey guys believe me this gull is really gud at speed and handling she drove the hell out of my R1"
I was wondering whether he's referring to the 'gull' as in 'gullarm' CBR 400 or the 'girl'.

@nik1982 - was not able to PM u as you've exceeded your storage capacity. So please erase some messages.
The pics of my bike are on this thread
