Go for the Dicor.

I have a TCIC Victa. While I am not disappointed, I would have loved a few additional horses. If you are going for the Safari, Dicor is the way to go.

Isnt it better to defer the purchase decisions till the budget?( unless it is an emergency )

there is a talk of Excise duty cuts across the board for all cars AND new models with new engines are also on anvil.

my 2 cents.

IMO - w12 - any such cuts in excise will more than be off-set by any increase in insurance costs.

Condor,

I was under the impression new insurance rates have already kicked in from 1st january.. but I may be wrong..

was Hoping a lower invoice price after excise cuts will lead to lower insurance premiums as well ...

But you have a point..
