High - Seating pos , okay ....Good - Beams (powerful) ,okay .........New indigo makes a good option since all other cars have been recomended by some one or other .
as far as bliding by headlight thing --- I think he will have to buy a volvo and fix the seat atop of the cabin to avoid that.

No car will make the blinding headlamps easier on your eye - I still get blinded by the Santros (whats with those guys - why do always travel with hi-beams on?), the Indicas and the Mahindra Jeeps (CJ series Jeeps) despite the high-perched Safari - these three vehicles have the worst (or best, depending on which side you are on) headlamps in the country.
