My grand father has a white innova G1 which has done around 80k kms and was bought in april 2005. Car is in perfect condition (maybe a few scratches). No major accidents . Complete service history available from toyota dealer.
Accessories include power windows and a remote central locking system by autocop and a pioneer keh p6025 head unit on the stock speakers ..

New car is almost decided on the innova g4..

I guess its Diesel G1, If so your grand father should get atleast 5+lacs. as resale value because onroad price of that G1 is around 9 lacs after discount.

G4 is perfect choice since it has Dual AC it would give better comfort for sure. When he buy G4 he can ask for more discounts since he already own Innova.

If your Grand father's Innova is Petrol one I guess resale value for that Innova might be around 4lacs and I am not sure who will take because I felt no takers for Petrol Innova although I feel its great car comapred with Diesel.

Sounds reasonable since it has done that much kms...

However, you could always push for more, if you are going for exchange...
