While reading about the Bangalore roads in the forum, i am inclined towards Tuscan. Considering the length, ground clearance and maintenance cost, BMW scores less on practicality.
That said if heart says a Sedan only, then BMW should be the one.

A 5 year old well maintained 3 series diesel at Blore is valued around 20-23L. The daily run of 15 km plus a couple of long drives a month should be enough for the diesel engine health.
