Mahindra Scorpio Lx / SLx or Safari Lx / Ex

I am looking for a SUV as a replacement for my 2003 Wagon R.

I am still confused between my choice of Mahindra Scorpio Lx / SLx or Safari Lx / Ex.

All the analysis & reviews on line suggest a Scorpio but I want to be openminded before investing around 8.5-9 lac Rs.

Pls advise me...

I have spoken to a Mahindra Dealer in Mumbai & they say they can do the exteriors of the Lx to make it look the same as the Slx (Coloured Cladding - 28K, Fog Lamps 1.8 K, Wheel Caps 2.5 K) Plus a Music System 10-15K.

Pls guide if it is advisable to go for a makeover of Lx & save appx a Lakh of Rs. or go for a SLx version / Safari
