needs to be opened up and manually de-carbed considering that its run ~70K
No need. Just use a good flush + low priced oil before oil change. Remove and clean the catalytic converter which will give a good low gear boost. Also check the fuel injectors condition.

Folks,
Got the Clutch Plate,Cover,Release bearing etc replaced along with the front disc phasing done(for the brake pedal wobble ) at Manipal motors for about 13+K. The service was pretty good. Mr Mahidhar, the floor manager was very helpful.

Took the bull up to the Nandi hills on Sunday, just to test the pulling power piled on 10 people (7 adults - 2 of them 100+ Kgs and 3 kids ) and took off, it was a breeze for the old bull , could not exceed 100-110 on the flats because of the frequent bumps, on the hills, it neatly pulled in 3nd and needed 2nd at the turns ... really really impressed, could not wipe off the stupid grin from my face
