So, the night drive did happen. And it happened in style.

With one bunch starting from IIM-B, another waiting at the NICE rd exit into Mysore road and me at the back of the entire pack, the convoy drove towards the Barista, mysore road.

What had begun as a spread out convoy later turned out stream-lined with my Corsa leading the pack. While I thought I was faster than the rest, thedreamcatcher finally caught his own dream and then shattered mine by saying he was just holding back because he didn't know the exact location of the pit-stop! (You do that once more and we'll disclose your secret! )

As we gathered at the Barista, the introductions began and the ice that never seemed to exist melted away. It seemed like a bunch of folks discussing everything under the sun (but related to cars!); be it F1, modifications, trivia, car thefts and what not; and all of us talked as if, we hold the final authority!

Once the coffee was cold, we lined up our respective dolls (the cars that is) and started the most imp. part of the meet : the photoshoot.

and read about in threads - in pieces or woven together.

when we meet the guys from previous meets, we are like -

or

or
simply some conversation starts,
' you know that thing, and the other thing, ya totally!, and the other day, I saw this..'

The new guys we meet- and we are like -

'hey, I am <bhp-handle>, and my name is <name>!!
/laugh, chuckle, awkwardy_awkwardson for some time, then gelling in happens slowly/

Wow. Pics so fast. Good work Libran. Always good to see another HR - 'Chabbese'. I got back by 4, as I realized my fuel tank was fully in empty and there was not a single fuel pump in sight, after I crossed the HP one. Hence, was forced to keep the revs low.

Anyway, got back and could not sleep one bit. Else, I would miss my service ;-)

Yes, finally I am Awake and posting the Pics of the Night Drive to Barista...
Need to get a good sleep again before the start of the IPL Finals tonight and to see RCB Lift the CUP...

^^ Well, although the drive to Barista was fast paced with almost all of us clocking 90-110 km/hr, on the return leg, Sajan and I were the last 2 out.

I'd rolled down my windows and a nice sedate 60 km/hr drive back; with Sajan tailing me all throughout. He took some pics of my car's rear too! That was really cool btw, Sajan. The first time you took a pic, I didn't realize where the flash came from!

Well, the drive back, tailgating your sail reminded me of the scene from CARS movie, Lighting McQueen chasing the porsche in route 66 only difference was my verna saying wow!!! sailllllllllll

Pic's came a little blur, will upload pics shortly. I amlost drove back home with an empty tank, It was like a Top Gear Challenge, drive back home without re-fueling.
