TBHP Meet in Goa - The fun is now done!

Less than a month to go, we should come up with a deadline for registrations which includes a cash advance for accomodation.

We need to plan the cars and the passengers.
Each city should come up with the confirmations.

OK folks here we go ..

All members willing to come to the meet will have to make an advance payment of INR 1000 to the volunteers from their respective cities .. Last date to make the payments will be April 8th 2006 as we need time to allow rallystar to find a place which can accomodate as many of us as possible .. The last thing we need is splitting of guys w.r.t accomodation for the lack of rooms at one place .. So kindly confirm at the earliest ..

Request to all the bangy boys .. Meet happening next saturday that is the 6th .. Kindly make it to LCD and make the payments so that it can be handed over to rallystar asap .. 6 members are awaiting already to make their payments .. SO hurry up boys , "its the time to party" .. LOL ..

Note to rallystar : I think we need rooms for atleast 40-60 members on a triple sharing basis at around 1250 or less per day.. Place should be big enough to accomodate any extra numbers that may be added at the very last minute .. Also it would be great if u could furnish the details of the location as well ..

PS : I have been getting calls from different parts of the country .. There seems to be a lot of enthu about the meet .. Plenty of newbies volunteering to meet up .. So could we have all the confirmed and the yet to decide members taking a call on this soon ??

What time is the meet... i am working on the 6th but i can come around 10:30 for the meet and pay you or we can obviously meet earlier in the week... let me know

!! But yes I agree that we need to start a bit of city wise planning though I'm still waiting to hear from the Bombay gang ... though Im sure they have something planned as well allready ..

Hey, I'm off to Himachal for about a week tomorrow so won't be online in this period !! Pls keep me informed via sms/mobile about any new developments that might happen regarding this meet ...

Hope to have the confirmed particpants send their booking amount to rallystar by then so that he can proceed with the room bookings, etc !!!

As of now the meet is at Lavelle Rd Coffee Day at 7 pm. Please call me on 98863 06188 or Mclaren on 99863 70896 for confirmation.

My apologies to the members from Cochin who called and were redirected to Mclaren. I was out of town and driving rather fast on the highway when you called. I hope Mcl gave you the details that you wanted.
