Anand and Ravi. Folks are apprehensive of Warangal highway due to heavy traffic and not great roads etc.

So this time lets stick to a shorter option of doing a COMPLETE ORR run and branch off at Vikarabad highway and have lunch in this lovely restuarant ( 4 Seasons)

I am the most keen person to have lunch at City Grand in Warangal. We can plan Warangal meet in March-2012

So are we all game for ORR Drive???

Note : I changed the meeting time if we are simply doing ORR. ORR drive can give an opportunity for a good photoshoot

So sweet of Avinash to cancel the Warangal drive and blame others for it though he did it because I will not be able to make it on 5th as I am going out of station.

I suggest, meet up at Gachibowli.
Drive towards Patancheru on ORR and take a U-Turn at ORR-NH9 Junction, then drive on ORR towards Vijayawada Highway till ORR-NH9 Junction near Ramoji Film City, again take a U-turn, then drive on ORR till ORR-APPA Junction from where you can be on the Vikarabad Highway for the dhaba.

I suggest we skip the Patancheru part and meet up at the regular spot at Shamshabad Jn on NH7. Then take the ORR till Vijaywada Highway (42 kms from that spot), and then return. Continue beyond BLR highway on ORR towards Gachibowli and turn left at Vikarabad exit (around 11 kms from BLR highway).

4 Seasons is around 16 kms from that exit. We might have to take refreshments however, because I think the sole shop enroute at Moinabad no longer exists.

wow! thats an insane drive! Just after crossing NH9, the ORR now ends in a wall of mud. We can drive till there, do a photo shoot and head back.

btw, what about the stretch of ORR from Patancheru to Shamirpet? has that been completed? I have seen the ORR stretch near Shamirpet and that looked pretty good.

I am not getting my Vista but will be coming with NoRules in his Magnum, so....

I suggest having 2 meeting points :
The FIRST one at 9:00AM at Gachibowli and
SECOND one at Shamshabad at 9:30AM.
It will make much sense for all of those who are starting from Western side of Hyderabad city to gang up at Gachibowli itself.
