Meets are decided based on majority participation. We look for a minimum of 10 participants/cars to call it a decent success. If that does not happen the meet date automatically gets changed.

Anand. +1 are always welcome. What is important to note is whether they are willing to join

This is where it gets tricky.
Being a weekend, either you make them join you or you don't go at all. If they join you but get bored, be sure to tell a fellow BHP'ian to add you to the Reject List of all the meets that day onwards

Gautam, there would be a short run on the ORR and then we exit from ORR towards the Vikarabad side and then directly hit the resort which is i think exactly mid-way of Vikarabad

Not necessarily. There are many BHPians spouses who are regular to dinner meets if not all drive meets. They absolutely love the company and make it a point not to miss the dinner meets. Drive meets, i can understand it gets a bit boring for them.

Why don't the confirmed guys post their respective steeds along with their names? That way we can get a clear picture of the different cars that would be participating. It's like knowing the menu for a lunch meet beforehand.

Ok !! I must be the last person among the members of 'Operation Mega lunch' to acknowledge the efforts of such a successful meet.

Hearty thanks to all who made it to the meet, it was wonderful meeting you though it was a brief introduction with each other. I am sure I will get to become more familiar with you in the coming meetings.

I was so happy to see the parking bay fully occupied by our bhpians. Couldn't stop drooling after seeing 'Neilguy's fiesta 1.6 S. @Neilguy: Sirji, you have a wonderful car. The way it's maintained shows your love towards it.

Had a quick glimpse on Wasim bhai's SKoda RS and Amby mad's Ambassador too while they were parking them.

Trust me, for a newbie and being the first meet I was very nervous. But, I started feeling comfortable after talking to you all.

Looking forward for more such pleasant moments which will add to my memories

I will confirm my presence for the Vikarabad drive in couple of days.
