He can get some chairs from a function hall and extend the sitting to outside OR maybe serve us in our cars a.k.a drive-in lunch

Shall forewarn Paresh about the impeding Team-BHP Bomb, that would be exploding tomorrow. I have dropped the bomb with Ram at OTF, which Paresh might be unpacking soon.

Pre-ordered the following - Need to finazlie the quantity of the same:
1. Golden Fried Mushrooms - 20 Plates
Each plate has 3 pieces of Mushrooms, hence i guess 20 plates should be ordered. Each person would devore one plate for sure.

2. Potato Wedges - 5 Plates
Should be enough for all the 20 people there.

3. Thyme Scented Chicken - 8 plates
8 pieces per plate. Should be enough for 2 or 3 people. 8 Plates should be sufficient for 17 Non-Veggies

4. Blueberry Cheese Cake - 22 Cakes
Already mentioned that we need only Blueberry Cheese Cake and would have nothing else.

5. Meat Balls (for the pasta)

please do let me know, if you want me to pre-order something else. I would be speaking to him again in the evening to give the final numbers.

In Pasta, he uses Wine in Fettuccine Alferdo and Farfalle in Pink Sauce. In Deserts, he uses it in La Tiramisu only.

Woaah Nikhil, go slow on the ordering. Thats simply too much of food.

Cut down Mushrooms to 10-12 maybe. Order something else 5 plates, something else 5 plates. Make it a mix and match.

Dont order a single item in such huge quantity except maybe the BB cake

Remember we are there for lunch not dinner. Keep it as light as possible because each person will have snacks, pizza and dessert

Dont want to go to sleep after that

Would have loved to be part of this. Still there is a 10% possibility of me making it if my work gets completed on time. Will never mind driving with an injured hand for a meet like this.

I always knew this is the best way to expect responses regarding the orders. Put in huge numbers beside the order the final numbers will flow in automatically.

Mushrooms stuffed with bell peppers and Mozzarella cheese. Golden fried and served with cheese dip. Each plate has 3 pieces of Mushrooms, hence we might need 14 plates of Golden Fried Mushroom, making it 2 GFM's each.

2. Basil Glazed Courgette - 2 plates
Thin slices of Zucchini glazed wtih basil pesto and melted cheddar served with pineapple dip for Veggies.

3. Thyme Scented Chicken - 5 plates
Cubes of chicken, marinated in cream and pepper, grilled and served with red pepper couils. 8 pieces per plate. Should be enough for 2 or 3 people. 5 Plates should be sufficient for 18 Non-Veggies

We can borrow a few chairs from Tarkari (the veggie shop next doors) else buy a few chairs from More Supermarket.

What is the rule for seating?

Pizza, Pizza & Pizza!!! How can we skip Pizza of OTF?

Would it be better if we share each plate of Meat Balls for every 2/3 pax and each pizza for every 4 pax.

Do we need to pre-order a little bit for the veggies (both starters and mains) or can Paresh rustle up something as per their desire at that moment?
