Wow! Are you serious? Minnesota to NJ? I will be thinking twice if I have to drive to NJ my friend. I do not know how you are going to accomplish that

Kraft; Yes we are. We should definitely have something soon. We should also plan something when the New England Auto show comes next Mar-april. It is not that huge but will fill our appetite.

@Amitoj/Kraft: We had Air show in portsmouth for 2 years in a row, and they skipped it this year due to lack of funds. But next year it will be back in summer 2014.

Technocrat & me are in the NJ-NY area.

Boston guys, I do travel to Framingham occasionally to meet up with family.

If you guys are up for it, I'll ping you the next time I'm coming up and we can have a small meet.

Cool! Framingham is only an hour's drive from here (not counting traffic though)
Would be nice to have a US meet!

Re: East Coast US Meet

Finally this is getting some traction..

anyone interested in US Open and a potential meet? Round 5 seats go around a 100 bucks.

We can have T-BHP meet right in the stadium.

Hey guys, I did make a trip about two weekends ago but it was a quick overnight trip for a surprise party and I didn't want to bother any of you for a meet as I knew I'd be rushed for time.

Anyway, no trips planned for the immediate future but I'm think I might come up around Nov/Dec.

If a few of us can decide on some time period, we can plan a meet somewhere in the middle?

Two weekends back i was down with flu etc so wont have been able to make it anyway.
Nov/Dec sounds good too. The only weekend I wont be available is Nov 16-17 and then the last week of December around Christmas.
Let us wait for others to chip in and then we can narrow down the time frame.

This weekend I am heading to Vermont. Hope to catch the fall season at it's peak there.

Cheers
Amitoj

Re: East Coast US Meet

Ok, so I am throwing a date and venue out there. Of course, very open to other suggestions. This is just an attempt to get the wheels in motion.

How about November 24th, 11:00 AM. Venue: Larz Anderson Auto Museum:
http://larzanderson.org/about/hours-directions/

I have never been there and i have not heard much about it either. But seems like a good place for a little family outing as well.

Would love to but I can't confirm now - give me a few days. I have a bunch of people coming over on the 23rd so depends on when it ends.

Where in NY are you?
We need not go to this place. I once attended a meet at Hooters, Manchester, CT. Its almost 2 hours from Nashua, and roughly the same from New York, NY. I know parking at that place wont be a problem for sure.
