We need not go to this place. I once attended a meet at Hooters, Manchester, CT. Its almost 2 hours from Nashua, and roughly the same from New York, NY. I know parking at that place wont be a problem for sure.
I am in Central NJ actually(that reminds me, got to update my location )

Yeah two hours drive works better.

LOL I know you Jersey folks consider NYC to be a part of NJ anyway.

But seriously, i think it will be easier to decide on a convenient location once all those who are interested speak up and mention where they will be coming from.

So far, based on your and my confirmation, Hooters@Manchester, CT would be the first choice venue. I think it would suit aah78 too.

LOL, updated location now

This place is 2.5 hours from my place, which works as long as I have some company

Cool! Where in US are you?

So, that means we right now have you, Techno, Aah78 (tentative) and me confirmed?

Chattanooga, Tennessee

I wouldn't be a BHP-ian if I did not think that driving for 12 hours for a meet was "normal" now, would I?

Wow! This is awesome! We have people confirming from far and wide but not from near and narrow !!

I had initially thrown in the date of 24th November but if we need more time to plan etc, then we can look at other dates too.

How about November 24th, 11:00 AM. Venue: Larz Anderson Auto Museum:
http://larzanderson.org/about/hours-directions/

I have never been there and i have not heard much about it either. But seems like a good place for a little family outing as well.
the location is quite easy for me as I live near Hartford CT and Boston is just about 90 mins drive from here. However the subject matter of the location (Antique autos) is of absolutely no interest to me . I am forward looking guy, you see . Meanwhile I am also planning a drive to Blue Ridge Parkway during the TG weekend if I have company. Still weighing the options.

Now, that's just across the road for me. Whats up in Hooters though ?

Blue Ridge Parkway in NC? Thats 10 hours from here!
Nothing is up in Hooters, and thats probably what we would hope to change there
But seriously, thats just a more convenient location for Techno, Aah78 and me. And now, you!

Well the problem now for me is that it is too short a drive! Regarding BRP, I was planning to meet my cousin in Charlotte NC and was thinking of driving up there in any case since air fares during TG weekend are atrocious.

Hey, is this meet still on?

Anybody else from NJ / NYC want to join in?

It's going to be a freezing cold weekend though

LOL. Maybe Vasoo should drive to Techno's place, give him company for the meet and then drive back home.

But seriously, i doubt. Those who confirmed from far away dont have enough time to prepare for the travel i suppose. And those who are nearby, have not confirmed!!
