Hah! caught this thread after long coz of some work changes. Waited for this meet since long. However, I will be in Kelwa. But i am keeping my eye here as I will most probably free from Sunday Afternoon onwards. May be can catch with you guys around Thane-Kalyan depending on your returning plans.

So whats the route finalized and Timings.

4 more days to the meet and still 6 confirmation only with 5 as tentative. Where have all the Mumbai bhpians disappeared? Please come on friends and make this happen.

Even still there are few confirmation say 6 as of now, we will see to that meet does happen and we have a awesome drive with lunch thrown in.

Tomorrow evening will put up the details. Route will be NH3(via Igatpuri) through Ghoti to Bhandardhara Dam. Distance 150 Km one way from Jupiter Hospital(Last meet meeting point).

Names of cars are missing!

I won't be able to join as there's some function planned at home.

In the last meet (my first) I was contemplating something like this:

1. There's a small, one-minute round of intro where each TBHP member speaks about himself a little. This info would include his/her TBHP handle, real name, location/occupation and interests maybe. Without this many members may be left unintroduced and unknown, which sort of defeats the purpose of such meets.

2. Photograph each member with his/her ride/drive. This will capture everyone at the meet and also give members a chance to interact with each attending member.

I would request all the attendees to see if the above two initiatives could be taken up in this meet, as the group is smaller and so it should be a lot easier to manage.

We would be having 1 hr of brief introduction and pictures of bhpians with their rides(Credits to HoneyBee). So please don't be late.

Bhpians please put forward your details and even list your starting point if in case any bhpian may want to tag along with you.

Only thing remaining would be, where to have the lunch? There are three places where we can have the lunch; Anandvan Resort, MTDC Resort and Yash Resort. I leave it to the bhpians joining in the meet to decide. Anandvan is a bit costlier whereas MTDC may not be that hygienic. Most preferably it would be Anandvan but still, peoples choice.

Need a total list a of confirmed bhpians so that we could strike a good deal with either of them. Ravi Nayar & Karthik Rao you two would have to help here as you both seem to have been there and know the place better.

Tentative bhpians start moving to confirmed list and lets make this meet happen.

Absolutely correct, without a brief introduction the purpose of the meet is defeated. We will see to that before we depart from Jupiter Hospital there is brief introduction so as we get to know each other better and a photograph of each member with his/her ride.
