ok the team BHP stickers are with me (26). out of these 6 have already been given to 1100D (as per order from the guys from kolkata placed with me earlier). i cant promise the other guys about the number of stickers that will be left with me after i distribute the rest of the 20 to the members who have already asked for "their requirements"

yep i met 1100D today (a very special day for him)!

. one of the "super mini meets" - love these small meets! i have a small video as well but all depends whether 1100D wants me to upload the video or not. but anyways i will be uploading the video when "its time".

No Video needed!! The Gallerie is in place with fresh new pics.

hmm.. i tried uploading pics of my santro in my photo gallery, but it seems i need to be a "BHPian" (as opposed to a newbie) :(
btw, for those who didn't get the mail, we are trying to organize a dinner meet tomorrow before @1100D leaves kolkata.
and there's a new google group for kolkata members (or anyone else who wants to join i guess). contact @planet_rocker for details.

Off Topic:
we created this group because of the access restrictions @ IT hubs (not all), so that the members who cant access all the time can be in touch with the fun. but the main fun lies here itself.

About the Meet:
again the meet didnt happen because of date problems, but i am sure we will have a good meet very soon.

we have been meeting up in small groups ... ala..."Mini Meets" ... but then everyone here @ kolkata (including me) needs to be jump started for the mini meet reports. from the next time onwards, reports will be there for sure.

I heard/read about your lancer project and was quite excited. Are you getting the MIVEC engine/drivetrain. Anyway, I dont just intend to "see" the result but also to experience it "hands-on".

But please please, dont get anything cosmetic done, and is the thing going to be in black?

Can't afford the Mivec or the EVO. Settling for an overhaul of the old engine and fitting in Stage 2 mods, along with a high lift cam & a triphase. Fitting a short shifter, bigger brakes, Pedders suspension and upgrading the wheels & rubber.
The interiors will be completely redone, and there will be some SUBTLE exterior cosmetic mods. Very tasteful, and nothing OTT. Trust me!

And of course its going to be in black... was there ever any doubt?

I might have had some doubts, not unjustified, cos my question was regarding the alloys not the car body (which I was sure was going to be black!)
