There were actually four 1.6s. Planet_rocker's ride - the Red Sonja (Red Palio 1.6 GTX) was the fourth one.
Right. I could not get all 4 to pose for the frame together. The caption was of course an after thought.

You are welcome. A bright sky would have given sharper pictures.
But where are me-sid's pictures?

Nope, that must have gathered over a much larger distance. Have done Siliguri to Kolkata in partial rain through some decent amount of slush, wasn't as bad.

It certainly seems to be a love affair at first sight on a TBHP meet

Oh yes. And it was parked right besides the Fiesta. How could I miss it? Sorry, will not happen next time.

Not the first time for them though. The cars had met once earlier sometime around last year pujas on a mini meet :-)

Buy a DSLR only if you have active interest in photography, else stick to the advanced aim and shoots with 10X+ zooms. They are more value for money for general use.

Fiestas were very different looking

Manza & Indigo GLX are also different lookwise

Mine would be a siamese twin to that of Sudipto. Even the tints seems to be identcal.

Anyway that was on a lighter note. Could not make it to the meet as Saturday is working for me (officially half day which I am yet to see though)

This looks like the best TBhp Kolkata meet in recent times.

It was too bad that so many people missed out due to the meet on Saturday. Next time we will meet on Sunday. Any suggestions for the next meet ? Date, Venue etc??

Sunday sounds good too. If it lets more people join in all the better, only thing is we can only go to a place where so many cars can be parked. There is another pure vegetarian restaurant before AH on NH2 which might get disqualified on account of it being vegetarian

The other thing is the ability to rip our chariots on the freeway. There are hardly any highways aside from NH2 that would let us do it

Well, the next one could be a night meet at the same place

Start at 11pm on a Sat night, have a late dinner and head back around 3. Wotsay?

And this time, non-veg

Thats a wonderful idea. Please fix a date. I am game. One thing I noticed this time was that most of the bhpians formed small groups and chatted. That is a drawback of having a lot of people. But next time we need to have proper introductions from everybody and take up discussions accommodating bigger audiances.

P.S: Is there anyway of banning somebody if the person does not keep his promise of posting pics ?

Another P.S: is anybody game for an early morning drive to Maithon and back? Preferably watch the sunrise?

@shuvc that was a great idea dude, a dinner meet should theoritically attract more members and shed the extra baggage of stress to resume work. It shall be more chilled out, of longer duration and relaxed. The only concern may be traffic snarls at that unearthly hour. I'm very excited about it already

@BlackPearl I had made the same observation but since I'm a newbie and a first timer in the Kolkata chapter, couldn't understand if that was the norm or a result of an eclectic mix. Moreover such small groups may only give rise to favouritism, racism and politics, absolutely unwanted byproducts on such magnificent platforms. An introduction and some spirited activity may actually do wonders. Forums are all about participation and team work. I'm hopeful for a bigger turnout on the likes of our South / North Indian brothers someday - A Mega Meet.
Maithon sounds very interesting, am game for it as well. Pls plan it out.
