Also I will update the list later tonight as more people have confirmed their attendance and we could be looking at nearly 25 people joining us. | Senior - BHPian | tsk just ask if they will reserve a table for us and what is their recommended time for us to come in and be seated maybe if we reserve the places they can hold it out a bit longer. If they don't agree then let's change the time to 3-3:30 and then move onto the pub by 4:45ish. But yes I agree with Ajay seems delhi is waking up and looks like we can have a good meet this time around!!! Quote:

| Team-BHP Support   | Chicane details. I went there today. A bottle of KF costs 110+taxes. Cocktails(Simple ones) 150+taxes. So within 200-300/head we can have a good meal as food prices are not too high. Moreover they have a huge screen and totally F1 ambience. I told them I will call on saturday to confirm. So how many people are we looking at. I hope everybody is okay with the venue. Its less than 2kms from sector 18. just 10min by car. PVR spice plaza mall |

Also could you call them tomorrow and ask if they would be willing to take a reservation for 20-25 people? Maybe that ways we can buy some time & say get in by 5-5:30? Just try if its possible otherwise we head at about 4:45.From the confirmation I have we are looking atleast 15 people and if everyone who confirmed turns up then we are looking at close to 25 people. So final question guys everyone ok with an expenditure of Rs. 500/- per head?? P.S. the updated list will be up soon so don't worry11 Quote:

The place has plenty of seating, I asked him about a group of 15 and he says if we reserve in advance it wont be a problem So once we finalize I will give him a call and tell him to reserve the table right opposite the screen,. Since this place is new with less rush, he may agree to give a discount also! So we can meet at around 3-3:30 at sector 18 and then after the drive push off to chicane. |

| Team-BHP Support | The final meet details Okay guys here goes the itenary 1. Meet at the road adjacent to Radisson(Its a road with divider) at 3:00pm 2. By 3:15 head to expressway for a drive to greater noida and check out rides etc., 3. Head of to chicane F1 pub in PVR Spice mall. Lot of people are wondered about dutch etc., ITs actually simple. since many people dont drink, we will go dutch. We can ask for a separate drinks bill to make it easier. Dont worry guys you pay for what you consume Here we will watch the race and disperse after that. |
