Anyplace...i'm in as long as its Sunday. Maybe i could bring along a couple of friends.

So lets do this, a morning drive to some place which is not that far (2-3hrs). Enjoy and drive back, head to some place for some food/pizzas or sumtin. And split, or head somewhere elz

If its Ponmudi, we better pick up something to eat/drink as there ain't a damn hotel up there the last time i went.

Some XBHP guys did a Thenmala Damn trip, so how about that?

So is 29th October confirmed?

29th seems to be confirmed. Does anybody have a different date?? Please shout!!!

Erm, on a note, Thenmala, Alleppy are all again tourist spots.

Lets make it a drive, what say guys...
Ponmudi - 23hairpins and its just some 60odd kms from the city. Should be good. As for the roads, i'm not 100% sure, but still can it be that bad?? Should be worth the drive i guess. No traffic, no nothing. Just us BHPians revving all the way up, so like we kinda got it pretty much to ourselves. And since we'll be going in the morning don't think there will be traffic at all. And we'll have to carry 'everything' we need with us cuz don't think u'll get anything there.

And yeah, the more the merrier. So bring everyone along

@Kartik247. Why dont you find out about the road conditions to Ponmudi. This monsoon was pretty merciless on roads and I've found roads which were not driveable above 5km/h!!! So did Carfreak. He also found some roads which were kinda same like above. And with Throttle sir bringing in his friend's 800 etc, it would be better to be safe.

And are we going to plan a lunch in Ponmudi?? No man!! That would be a bit off unless it's sortta picnic. Which we wont be able to do without ladies to maintain the utensils, plates etc.... Or is there an expert organiser amongst us? (I'm way too lazy for this, uhhh unless I drag my better half!!!!)

I think, we Cochin guys will either leave here by 7-8 in the morning or come one day earlier to TVM. We'll only be able to drive to Ponmudi in the morning if we come a day earlier. And that would be a bit difficult for some guys I think.
Other option is to drive in the afternoon to Ponmudi. Yes, it wont be the same as morning. We'll reach Ponmudi, have some refreshments there and come back to TVM for Pizzas or whatsoever. After that we can split.

Another option is Varkala!!! We can meet up somewhere in the NH 47. Drive to Varkala. Plenty of good place to go to. Spend time around there driving, checking out each others' rides, talking, eat by the beach, arrange a swim somewhere if needed and then split. I think this wont hurt many.

Guys!!! Pour in suggestions.
