But what I wanted to know is what is the maximum numbers of people that restaurant can accommodate and their staff can cater to?

As of now looks like I have to give this Mega meet a miss. There might be a meet of families and kids of my elder son's class at a farm house on 24th as this will be last chance for all of them to meet. Once junior college starts they will all go to different colleges. And it might be a morning to evening program. My son willl be disappointed if I miss it.

It is not finalised yet and in case it does not happen, I will know well before the deadline.
