The current "one way" toll rates are as follows :

From Hyderabad :
1) For ORR : 30/-
2) Between Shamshabad and Kurnool : 53/- + 51/- + 65/- = 169/-

From Bangalore :
1) Upto Devanhalli : No Idea
2) Between Devanhalli and Kurnool : 60/- + 85/- + 80/- + 80/- = 305/-

Most of us would be buying "return" or "both ways" or "up and down" toll tickets as that would work out to be cheaper than paying the "one way" tolls twice.

Tip : Better to carry some small change like 1/-, 5/- and 10/- coins and notes for the tolls to avoid time loss and also losing money to the toll guy who may claim or even actually not have change.

No idea of "to & fro" toll rates but what I remember reading ages back was that NHAI had prescribed 1.5 times single rate as return rate so based on this assumption, the return tolls should be :
For Hyderabad based attendees :
1) For ORR : 30/- + 30/- = 60/-
2) Between Shamshabad and Kurnool : 80/- + 77/- + 98/- = 255/-
For Bangalore based attendees :
1) Upto Devanhalli : No Idea
2) Between Devanhalli and Kurnool : 90/- + 128/- + 120/- + 120/- = 458/-
I could be wrong so use the above as an estimate only.
