I will be joining this Haleem Meet a little late, as its my son's birthday bash on 3rd Aug.It would nice to catch up with Hydeez after long time and Ramzan meets have been special to the core....

Sir, why again SHADHAB? Can the place of dinner be at some other place? Please. I hope every one will give it a thought.

Now coming to my joining the meet, I have not yet finalised. Since:
I have made a fool of myself last time, by fist declaring that I am a veggy for that day. Later on, when we reached Shadhab, When I asked the waiter,
Me: Veg may kya milega?
Waiter: Gives a very bad look. Then says, dekhnaa padegaa saab.
Me: With a pleading face - Atleast Dal Fry hain kya?
Waiter: The answer is immediate - Nahin hein. Woh tho jaroor nahin miltha; and he casually mentioned some thing important. Sab ek hi hundi me banegaa saab.

By this time, after watching 19 people just keeping on devouring Haleem, (atleast if it was not Haleem it would have been different), I was HUNGRY and I was on the edge. Then came the soft Shove / Push which was enough for me to take a tumble. Our Don Dilip said, Sai any how it is past 12:00 hrs and now it is no more a Saturday. I know now for sure, I could not take it any moe, especially, Mobike008 sitting before me and describing the Shadhab Haleem. I took the plunge.
BUT, RR who was sitting beside me was . I could understand what you were thinking in your mind Rajesh. What can I do Rajesh, I never did something so idiotic in all my life. But on that day..I did break a rule.

Ofcourse I feel bad because no body forces me to be a veggy on a particular day and I was doing it on my own Volition. But I am not able to answer my conscience for not having control on my craving.

Any how I will attend the meet atleast for meeting so many members once again.

This is purely to experience the old city yet again and as Ramzaan gets closer the activity increases in old city.

Oh, I didnt notice the venues have been changed. I had proposed 555 which now i think may happen with someone getting the parcel to be tasted by entire group at the first location

But, I would still recommend going to Cafe 555 as they are the best haleem in town this year

I plan to taste Hyline tonight, will report back if they are worth paying a visit.

I thought of meeting you at Hyline, enroute to my house from office. Instead went to Bawarchi and took a haleem home.

Though I am confirmed with +1 for this meet, I might move to Kirkiri status as the project i've been working on for the past 14 months is going live on August 5th. We have lots of cutover tasks to complete with US folks over that weekend, so I am not too sure if I can sneak out for 3 to 4 hours.

You will get good Veg food in Shadab, don't miss "Veg Nawabhandi", last time i went there i liked to more than non-veg items

Mobike008, Ravveendrra was suggesting that we assemble at 555, then move on to Hyline and finally to Shadab. It time we had the itinerary frozen.
