I think there is a need for two lists, one for overnighters and the other for the day trippers.

Thinking aloud......
1. At Horseley there should be enough time for all (overnighters + day trippers) to interact with each other, get acquainted, etc,etc, before the day trippers hit the road to return.
2. Some thought on how to book the hotels/resorts for the overnighters.
3. A tentative POA - detailing the times for start departure from respective cities, arrival times, etc.
4. Some driving rules such as 'convoy tagging', no speeding, POI stops, etc.
5. Establishing lead and sweep
6. Handling emergencies.
ETC.

Lets all drive responsibly.

Hi guys.
Spoke to the ap tourism resort guys. Room charge will be 2500 on twin sharing basis including breakfast. Lunch, dinner, drinks can all be ordered from the restaurant/bar. Any special requests we can ask them to arrange .

Those with small kids can make do with one room as they are quite large. These rooms are basically part of the old governors bungalow, so that should give you an idea of the size. Rooms are obviously not cutting edge or swanky, but basic, neat, simple and large.

Let me know how to proceed with the bookings.
